The test will be online and the learner\u2019s licence will be uploaded on the computer or smartphone screen.<br>Vehicle dealers will be able to complete all formalities and payments of taxes at their level and there will be no need to bring the vehicle to the RTO premises, said an official.<br>Officials said the new system will do away with the sight of hundreds of applicants arriving at various RTOs across the state daily. There will be an online learner\u2019s licence course, for which the applicant will have to enrol by paying a nominal fee, the same as is paid for a learner\u2019s licence.<br>The applicant will have to compulsorily go through the eight-day course module and watch a few road safety videos.
