The 2022 Audi Q7 facelift launched and is being offered in two variants with price tag of ₹ 79.99 lakh (ex-showroom) for base variant and goes up to ₹ 88.33 lakh for the top variant. Now, it is making a comeback after two years when German brand discontinued its flagship. It has now came back with more and updated features. Let’s take a look.
Exterior
The all-new Audi Q7 facelift has a bold look with massive grille and wide chrome slats. It is bounded by standard LED headlights with the option of HD Matrix LED technology with Audi laser light. It also gets larger intakes, new slimmer LED taillights, new alloy wheels, and sharper bumpers.
Interior
On the inside, the cabin has two new large touchscreens that features haptic and acoustic feedback. It also comes with a Wi-fi hotspot, LTE Advanced connectivity, natural voice control and extensive Audi connect portfolio. The Q7 also uses the latest Virtual Cockpit that brings modern graphics.
The SUV comes with a new steering wheel and a premium upholstery with lots of other comforts.
Engine
If we talk about the engine, the Q7 is a petrol-only model now. It comes with V6 petrol engine that produces 335 bhp and 500 Nm of peak torque. Additionally, it comes with an eight-speed Tiptronic gearbox.
The SUV will get a mild-hybrid system, having a 48-volt electric motor, powered by a belt alternator starter (BAS) and Lithium-Ion battery. It can go from 0-100 kmph in just 5.9 seconds.
Competition
It will compete against the likes of Volvo XC90, Mercedes-Benz GLS, and Land Rover Discovery.
